What a fantastic stay we had! The buffet dinner had such an incredible variety, the roast beef was superb, and breakfast on the terrace was a treat. It made our anniversary memorable with personal touches and thoughtful service.

Delightful food in the restaurant, excellant quality and delicious breakfast with all 3 courses and the local honey. All in all excellent and absolutely perfect location, just next door to the Lock restaurant, the Magna Carte memorial and Staines and Egham. Also, unable to get a seat in the dining-bar area.
Really noisy area.

I really enjoyed the great value for my stay, especially with the fine river view from my room. The staff were attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our visit.
Breakfast items could use more variety, especially accompaniments for dishes like smoked salmon.

The room had lovely river views, but children's noise disrupted my peace.

The setting is wonderful. The breakfast was very good.
The staff at breakfast hover around and are so eager they sometimes take your plate from under your nose when not finished eating. It is an odd criticism but the staff are too eager to please. This can be overwhelming. They need to rein back on being so fawning.

We recently enjoyed a two-night getaway at a lovely hotel by the River Thames. The clean and comfortable rooms exceeded our expectations, and the food offerings were really good, especially the buffet with its vast selection. The attentive staff made our stay nice, and we appreciated the excellent spa facilities. An anniversary surprise from the hotel, including chocolates at dinner, added a good personal touch.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Staff were friendly and very well trained. Breakfast was really busy but it ran like clockwork - the food was excellent. The location is lovely - pity it rained the whole time we were there as it would have been great to sit outside and have a drink overlooing the Thames

An extremely busy hotel dealing with many buisness travellers as Heathrow is near by. However, my party were there for personal reasons and the staff took an equal interest in our needs. In short excellent attentive staff. The riverside rooms present lovely views of the River Thames. Very comfortable bed.
Ugly modern exterior. 11 o' clock as opposed to noon checkout. In reality this hotel is too busy and bustling for a relaxing leisure break.
